The artist Ivan Hermez, based in Montreux, producer and DJ, is one of the most promising upcoming Swiss talents.

At 16, he starts playing percussion drums set, just before starting taking piano lessons and getting interested in electronic music. Music software sparked his creativity. That’s how he started producing beats. By that time he used to work in a local web radio station in Montreux Switzerland.

In 2009 he starts mixing around Europe, especially in Spain with Dj Coxswain from Sensual Records (Ibiza). In 2012, he makes official remixes for Solo Dos and Alphaville. At that time, he also produces songs for Solo Dos, Laura Estrada, Marta Carlim, Trisha Emi di Curtz, Will Diamond, Dado Rey, Uru Haberli, Tetsuya Ura, Funmelic, Volta, and many others. The same year, Ivan receives his sound engineering certificate at the CFMS School in Lausanne.

Many clubs in the most important cities in Europe already opened their doors to the young Swiss talent. He was regularly performing in places such as Sinatra’s Bar & Lounge (Montreux), Imperia Club (Montreux), Blackpearl (Montreux), Ned (Montreux), D! CLUB (Lausanne), Bypass (Geneva), Mad Club (Lausanne), Pacha (Ibiza), Tartufo Club (Madrid), Space (Ibiza), 93 Feet East (London), Ressort (Berlin), Showcase (Paris), Penthouse (Stuttgart), Pacha (Madrid), Fa-brik (Madrid), Florida Park (Madrid). The list is long, but still includes places where he is regularly invited and these are: 93 Feet East London and Pacha in Spain, the Ressort in Berlin, the Showcase in Paris and the Penthouse in Stuttgart.

In 2013, he becomes partner with Thony Vega from Planet V Music Switzerland as main producer; where he produces and arranges many songs for a lot of artists around the world. Ivan Hermez is a very open minded person who travels through many different music worlds and styles. As a producer, he is limitless. He can go from Latin to Hip-Hop, Afro beat to Pop as well as creating music for films and video games.

In 2016, he has starts collaborating with MIRAII from Millenium Squad Records in association with Planet V Music and Eyetouch Creative Agency and has produced his brand new single "Feel Free". The same year he starts collaborating with Lindita Halimi, finalist from American Idol US 2016, who will be representing her country at Eurovision 2017.

This year, Ivan Hermez ambition is to bring new music and collaborate with many innovating  international artists.
